AT&T is petitioning the FCC to let them change their business model and, hence, their responsibilities.  Some engineers point out all the traditional services they rely upon, including burglar alarm circuits.

I would like to know about TV web.. how does shrinking bandwidth impact my ability to get it in a more rural area?
